It is important to note that the prices given for a clean are based on how regularly the clean is carried out and as a result, our books only cater to reliable custom. All customers reserve the right to skip cleans in the event of family emergencies or when away on holiday. All other skipped cleans will result in the relevant price increase upon the following visit. Three requests to skip a clean will result in a customers removal from our round.
FaScias, Soffets & Gutter Cleaning
The majority of grime and dirt can be removed from gutters using our powerful gutter vacuums. As well as these vacs allowing us to empty your gutters without needing to walk on roofs or having to rest ladders on downpipes and fascia boards, they also allow us to reach places that would ordinarily be inaccessible, such as above conservatories or down narrow alley ways. Our extra long ladders mean we can still get our hands dirty if the muck is still too stubborn to move!
All washes include the fascia boards, soffits and gutters. We use a range of techniques and equipment from solvent scrubs by hand to heavy-duty cleans from the ground using our pressure washer extension poles.

Conservatory & uPVC Roof Cleaning
We use gentle and biodegradable soaps to loosen stubborn dirt that we then scrub and rinse clean. Our regular conservatory roof cleans are carried out with pure water at the time of your window cleans.
Your Conservatory windows, frames, sills and doors will always be included in your window cleaning price.
The regular conservatory roof cleans that are offered at the same time as your window clean each month is just £2 extra per roof panel on your window cleaning price.
First time cleans and cleans that carried out less regularly than every 8 weeks are charged at £5 per panel.
Every conservatory roof clean includes the cleaning of the conservatory gutters, all roof frames and decorative spikes.
