Direct Debit With GoCardless

The easiest and most convenient payment method. You sign up one time and then you never have to do anything else again. We will send a text once your clean is complete and inform you that we are to pull the payment.

Our direct debit service is run by GoCardless. It is important to note that this is NOT a standing order. All payments are pulled manually by our office team and only after your service has been carried out. After payment is processed, an E-mail receipt will be sent to you and then the funds will leave your registered bank account around 5 working days later.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfers are the next easiest method of making payment. After you clean you will receive a text message informing you of your outstanding balance and the account information that payment can be made to.

Cash / Cheque Payments

We do accept cash and cheque payments. Should you not be home when your clean takes place then you can arrange to leave the payment in a safe place. Simply contact a member of our team and inform them where the cash will be left. Any change will be left in the same place that we retrieve payment from. If you are a cash / cheque payer and are not home when your clean is carried out but fail to leave payment, we will settle the total bill the following month. The maximum amount of cleans that can be owed for at any one time is 2. after this, the bill will need to be settled before any more cleans can take place.

Card Payments

We appreciate that in todays world most of us don’t carry cash so our card machines accept all major credit and debit cards. You check the amount, enter your card, type in your pin and then a receipt will be emailed directly to you.
